Custom neon signs are plugged on standard electrical outlets. We provide a transformer with a plug depending on the address of the delivery. US plug, UK plug, EU plug etc.
LED neons are low voltage, 12V. This is the reason why we provide a transformer for each neon sign we create.
You can choose to hardwire your neon for aesthetic reasons. The transformer needs to be kept in the electrical setup.
